MEET THE FOUNDER
A physician's mission.
Helai Ghani, MD
Dr. Helai Ghani is a physician and global health advocate dedicated to advancing equitable pediatric care for children in underserved and crisis-affected settings.
With over a decade of experience in pediatric outpatient medicine, including specialization in special needs care and complex care coordination, she founded Global Pediatric Care to address critical gaps in access to essential health and rehabilitation services.
Her work prioritizes identifying children with unmet medical and functional needs, and delivering targeted, community-based interventions that improve mobility, access to care, and long-term health outcomes.
Grounded in a commitment to equity and dignity, she believes measurable impact — improved function, increased access, and sustained community engagement — is essential to ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive.
